  • Most clinics are fully up and running within a few days. We handle the configuration, EMR connection, and training so Clara can start helping your patients quickly.

  • Absolutely. Clara answers calls 24/7, helping you delight patients even when your front desk is closed. No more missed late night opportunities.

  • Yes. Clara is part of ClinicGlide, which is built to the privacy and data security standards required for your clinic to be PIPEDA compliant. Our AI tools do not train on your data.

  • No, not by default. However we can record the calls for training and escalation purposes for a small additional fee each month. Then recordings will be kept for 90 days.

  • No, not yet. We have not set up the US data residency required for HIPAA compliance yet. Check back often, or contact Sales for more information on timelines.
