Nope. Clara runs month-to-month — no long-term commitment. You pay monthly, and if you ever need to cancel, just give us 30 days’ notice. That’s it. (We’ll be sad to see you go.)

That said, we also offer annual contracts, once you commit for the long haul. You get 12 months for the price of 10 in annual mode.

If Clara's not a fit for you right now, no sweat. New customers can get a full refund within 14 days of their onboarding meeting. Just email support@clinicglide.com with the subject "Money-Back Request".

Admin Tasks are automated units of work an admin professional conducts such as booking appointments, cancelling, rescheduling, reminders, and checking eligibility.

By unbundling Admin Tasks, we can keep the price per minute for AI Voice Receptionist as low as possible.

FAQs require setup effort, testing and maintenance. AI performance and accuracy could suffer if unlimited FAQs are added, as well. We support 10, 25, and 50 FAQs for the Assistant, Admin and Practice plans respectively.

An EMR instance is one account on Cliniko. If a separate login is required, it's a different instance. Additional EMR instances require a separate plan for Cliniko.
