Nope. Clara runs month-to-month — no long-term commitment. You pay monthly, and if you ever need to cancel, just give us 30 days’ notice. That’s it. (We’ll be sad to see you go.)
That said, we also offer annual subscriptions, where you get 12 months for the price of 10 by paying up front. Plus, onboarding charges are waived for annual subscribers. -

Short calls are those less than one minutes. Calls under one minutes are not typically an engaged caller to a healthcare operation.
On our Admin and Practice package, we discount short calls by 75%. So it would take 4 short calls to consume 1 of your allocated package calls per month.
