An EMR instance is one account on Jane. If a separate login is required, it's a different instance. Additional EMR instances require a separate plan for Jane.

No, unused calls and admin tasks in you plan do not carry over to subsequent months.

Spam and Unresponsive calls are very short calls (under 15 seconds) where the caller does not provide any request or meaningful input for Clara to act on. This includes robocalls, spam, quick hang-ups, and callers who never speak after Clara answers.
These calls are billed at an 8-for-1 rate, meaning eight of them count as only one call toward your package usage or additional call charges.
