Not yet — but we’re ready when Jane is. Jane doesn’t currently offer external access to create or update appointments via API. From what we understand, they’re thoughtfully preparing for a broader integration partner rollout.
In the meantime, Clara captures booking, reschedule, and cancellation requests in real time and securely queues them for our ClinicGlide team to complete directly in your Jane account.
Our goal is to action every request within 15 minutes or less — so your calendar stays accurate, your front desk stays free, and your patients experience smooth, responsive service.
When Jane makes API access available, we plan to fully automate the workflow — but until then, Clara delivers the same outcome in two steps.

Nope. Clara runs month-to-month — no long-term commitment. You pay monthly, and if you ever need to cancel, just give us 30 days’ notice. That’s it. (We’ll be sad to see you go.)
That said, we also offer annual contracts, once you commit for the long haul. You get 12 months for the price of 10 in annual mode. -
Absolutely. One booked or saved appointment puts $50–$100 in the bank for you typically (after your paying your provider). Factor in the return visits, and we are talking about thousands of dollars every month. Miss one call, one timely reminder, one reschedule request, and that money’s gone.

FAQs require setup effort, testing and maintenance. AI performance and accuracy could suffer if unlimited FAQs are added, as well. We support 10, 25, and 50 FAQs for the Admin, Clinic and Practice plans respectively.

An EMR instance is one account on Jane. If a separate login is required, it's a different instance. Additional EMR instances require a separate plan for Jane.
