FAQs require setup effort, testing and maintenance. AI performance and accuracy could suffer if unlimited FAQs are added, as well. We support 25, and 50 FAQs for the Explorer and Admin plans respectively.

An EMR instance is one account on Jane. If a separate login is required, it's a different instance. Additional EMR instances require a separate plan for Jane.
